About AOL One-Click Fixes

AOL One-Click Fix is a utility that helps you easily solve common problems you may experience while using the AOL® software. You will need AOL® Computer Check-Up installed on your computer to use AOL One-Click Fix . If you have not installed AOL® Computer Check-Up, follow the instructions in the Online help article: Install AOL® Computer Check-Up, to install the software. Run an AOL One-Click Fix

You can run any of the available one-click fixes by following the instructions below.

To run AOL One-click Fixes:
1. Click the Start button, select Programs or All Programs, select AOL, then click AOL Computer Check-Up.

Note: If you are using Windows® Vista®, you will be prompted to click the Continue button on the User Account Control window.

2. If prompted, sign in with your AOL® screen name and password.
3. Under Other Support Tools:, click One-click Fixes.

4. Click the appropriate tab, scroll down to the required fix, then click the Fix It For Me button next to it.

5. Click Continue.
6. Click Done.
